If you are not completely satisfied, just return the item (in NEW condition and in original
packaging) within 30 days for a prompt refund or credit. (Delivery charges not included)
RETURN POLICY
Our success is based on your satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied, for any reason, simply
return your purchase (insured) by CANADA POST within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund
or credit.

Only merchandise in new condition and in original packaging will be accepted.
Limited Warranty/Guarantee:
Health Light Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the light unit is to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year.
Health Light Inc.'s entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to the unit(s) shall be repair
or replacement of the unit(s), at our option, when returned to Health Light inc. with a copy of
the receipt. The purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of returning the unit to Health
Light Inc. with a copy of the receipt and Health Light Inc. will return unit to customer at the
Company's cost. If failure of the unit(s) has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication,
Health Light Inc. shall have no responsibility to replace or repair the unit(s). Any replacement
unit will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. The Client Register Form
should be returned to initiate the warranty.
The above are the only warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited
to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, that are made
by Health Light Inc. on this product. No oral or written information or advice given by Health Light
Inc., its dealer, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase
the scope of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights
which vary from province to province and state to state.
